I have learned the cultural biases while talking to the people from the other culture. The cultural bias is something that can be avoided through meditation. I have been following this routine path for a long time. Meditation helps my mind to keep its calmness and restore the positive energy. Talking to your inner self would help you keeping the peaceful track of the steadiness and the tolerance.
